Need Free Silab Server

Hey guys i have been trying to get a silab server....making one actualy but some how i just dont get it =p.So if you are good enough to give me a server thank you.

I will include you in server i will say you made it and so on.....realy its giving all the credit to you.

What i need in the server

all silab items
All admin commands like
admin can do :ickup
admin can do ::resetnpc
and well i hope its good
