    Hey everyone i havent hooked up a new card to my paypal account in a long time and i just have one question.

    So anyways i hooked up this card and paypal says its hooked up and so does the card company, but my paypal balance says $0. Im pretty sure that this is how its supposed to be and then when i make a transaction it just draws directly from my card am i right?

    Just a simple yes or no would suffice. Thanks.
