Trading for Steam Acc Question

So i was recently offered a steam acc for my rs acc and was unsure as to how easily these can be recovered. If anyone could tell me what i should look for/ask for when trading for a steam acc that would be much appreciated.

 

Any Steam account you buy can be recovered. All they have to do is contact Steam support.

I would personally recommend just creating your own Steam account and going from there. The Steam summer sale should be here in the next few months so you'll be able to buy all the games you want then as they all go super cheap.
