Working out guide's [after, i dont have any atm]

hi there just wondering if anyone has a ebook/info about working out with:
    • bench
    • dumbbells
    • barbell
    • chin up bar
    • stability ball
    • and anything you don't need equip for e.g. leg raises

and diet guides like what to eat, how much to eat, best types of food etc (to pack on muscle not to lose weight I'm already slim)

and any good recommended equipment not somthing stupid like from the infomercials e.g. ab swings, they are the worst thing to use to work out (well not the worst if you have back problems etc as they will help aid those problems but i dont have a bad back so yer plz dont even bother)

and also (yeah i kno i want alot LOL but everyone has to start somewhere) any good sites that are free with good tips and stuff on them (i dont really want sites i mainly want stuff like ebooks so i can print them cause sites do disappear)

looking forward to reading your tips and ebooks :)

and i will put links of the good places to download the ebooks i recieve and good tips

btw please and i repeat plz no flaming spamming (spamming includes, copying and pasting pages and pages of info that you googled, and just giving a one common exercise like bench press cause nearly everyone knows about that) on this thread cause its just stupid and also don't leave dumb comments like "do situps" and "do crunchs" cause i mean yeah sure they aint that bad but there are better things to do and healthier things to do for/with your body

    Good ones so far:

I lift daily..and it really depends on your fitness equipment.

I would just use dumbells and do your basic curls and tricep pull downs.

The main ones that all the gyms have.

as for eating, id suggest a weight gaining shake daily to add on muscle, and stay away from red meats. I like grilled chicken and at the begining of each weak I grill up about 10 grilled chicken patties to eat throughout the weak.

Just my 2 sents, hope it helped.

    • Bench: Bench pressing is an acquired technique. It isn't the best method to start initially building your pectorals. Ok, so now for the technique. Start by placing your middle fingers on each side directly on the rings which you can find on the bench bar. Then make sure your arms distance is equal. Next begin to lift the bar until your arms are at full extension. Lastly, drop the bar, while controlling it, to your chest and come about 1/2 an inch from your chest and repeat the process. Remember not to tilt your wrists this way you aren't damaging your wrists and this way you are using all your strength.
    • Dumbbells: Take a dumbbell in each hand and, one at a time, lift the dumbbell to you should while locking your elbow. Make sure you focus on the bicep and don't break your form, just use your bicep.
    • Barbell: The same thing as dumbbells, just lift the bar to your chest.
