Yet another example of the shit appeal system

Recently, one of my account which I was planning on selling for real life money got stolen by I don't know who! So I go on to find it muted for 24 hours for picking a fight with someone I didn't pick a fight with...
I put in an appeal and even give the specific I.P that got me muted.

All Jagex cares about is RWT/Macroing reports and appeals. The rest I doubt they even read

 

Yeah, I honestly don't think they read those reports, I always get that back from them if it's a mute and I've justified it.

 

Don't read 90% of the appeals. And the ones that are reviewed, are the useless shits that people just write shitmail to them. It sucks how we can't have a better appeal system. Additionally, how did someone get your account? At this point in their franchise, I think they got past the whole... "That wasn't me" phase and the whole "IP shit" doesn't concern them anymore. Really, goddammit, they should have an IP function to read that sort of stuff.....

 

Basically, they're a company of single thirty year old men who play edit and play a computer game a bit too much. Something is bound to be wrong.

i think jagex only reads 10% of the ban appeals the rest are automated.

Jagex really need to rethink their bans they are giving so many out that really do noT deserve it.

You try running a company with 104 million active accounts to worry about. Yes, they should hire more support staff, but even then it's impossible to please everybody.
I recommend that you send another report in, making it very clear what went wrong and definitely don't get angry with them.

To be fair, they get thousands of these appeals a day, with only a few people employed in that section.

 

Yeah I know, but you'd think that they'd do what they get payed for instead of just hitting the reject button.
