paying to play

So urm, im chaos87 and i hope to get to know whom ever takes up my offer very seriously and become good friends.

I have been wanting to play any type of an account with ovl/ turmoil and a nice bank to pk with. i do not waste banks i only increase them.

My proposal for "paying to play" is that i pay you "x" amount of money via mail due to my paypal being limited-.-, this will be for an "x" amount of time.

i am completely serious on this offer due to what you could say desire to play a maxed account for once in my life. i have no time to actually train any accounts i have. for proof purposes i am currently helping a friend i meet over 2 years ago on his account, he is 133 rich and amazing stats. BUT it LACKS OVL/TURMOIL BECAUSE HE WONT SELL HIS BANK FOR THEM ;( HE also limits me to what i can do so yes its boring usually.
