    All Steam accounts have 0 hours of gameplay.
    All Steam accounts have been kept by me for atleast 2 weeks.
    Last login means the last login BEFORE I changed the password to the user, due to problems with suppliers who doesn't have a nice system in their list.
    I replace retrieved or disabled accounts within 1 week after transaction, if enough proof is given.
