I just gave this guy 2M 07 and didn't recieve my 17M RS3 gold.

I'm pretty new here and am not sure if I have enough evidence can anyone help me out at all?

All I have for evidence is a pm from him on sythe saying "talking on skype" and him saying "Bill Nye from Sythe" at the start of the skype chat.

He took my 07 gold, said on Skype he was teleporting to my location on RS3 and then went offline on Skype.

See below screenshot (I have entire chat log of Skype conversation).

Will post this on the help topic too, happy to delete this if in wrong place.
