it doesn't even cost that to just buy it from FaGex with paypal.

 

thats the problem.. i cant. when you pay w/ paypal and then it bounces cuz u spend it all.. they take away credit from you.
once you pay it off with a credit card.. you no longer can choose that option.

 

so are you saying your account has a paybycash membership only option?
or can paypal still be used for it.

 

for what i know, i can use anything besides a linked paypal.

 

Well I don't know quite know your problem but I'll still try to help.

You can pay about $3-$4 to Upgraders who will go on your account and upgrade it to members with a Australian PBP or atleast the ones I used did. So yeah, try them out.

yes, paypal is my payment method.. im saying i cant pay for RS w/ paypal.. i can buy pins and apply tho.

I suggest to save the few bucks and pay $3-$4 for one, but it's your money and your decisions. Just a suggestion
