Thanks for taking the time to type a worthless reply, we now all know you have nothing better to do in life than point out the fact that yes for a stat to completely be finished it must reach 200m xp but I am simply referring to the maxiumum level being 99 which most other players use the word "maxed" for.

I am not taking the time to install and use Aim, if people are serious about buying the account they can get msn.
