Trade with caution minirank?

I received a trade with caution minirank randomly and I would like to know the reason, can someone please let me know why i got this? sorry if wrong section

 

TWCing user: Erza88
Has created a million threads since last Wednesday requesting services for which he's willing to pay very little amount of money.
Besides this his only vouches on his vouch thread are from buying 07GP which he bought via Bitcoins.
This all only raises question marks to me. Feel free to overrule my decision here if needed.

Here's my reasoning, feel free to dispute it here if you believe I issued it wrongly: Dispute a Ban or TWC
Be patient though and don't contact me in a PM regarding it, I won't change my decision.
