Finally found out where to figure out how my account was labeled with Trade with Caution
I read the stickies and I believe I am posting correctly through a "home IP". To be exact, I just recently moved into a first year dorm at college and as well as received my laptop - this would be where I would be posting more often. Before my phone was my main source of internet which is what I am assuming caused this.
