In-Trade Lure/Trick

Selling a guide/method that basically allows you to take peoples items, through trade. It's hard to give more details revealing the method.

It does involve some slight "social engineering", as in any lure (basically the "talking" part), but it really isn't that hard and almost all people will go for it.

You do need some money to do it correctly, but you can really start with any amount. The amount you start with will determine how much you will get. As you make more money from using this, you'll be able to hit bigger targets and get more expensive/rare items.

Show some kind of proof, please. You can make a scam report, but I doubt "me giving you a PayPal account" would work, especially when you specify in your SoulSplit sales thread that you only accept Runescape Gold.
