Selling a nice Steam account!

So, I've decided to begin playing a game called Mabinogi again, and I'm going to invest quite a bit of money into it, and with that I'm selling my steam account.
I'm also quite annoyed because you're unable to trade items nor edit your profile.
A friend of mine messed with it while he was out of the country and it looked as if the account was hacked. The account is valued at around $800 and the steam calculator link is :

You can play all the games fine aside from the inability to trade/edit the profile.
Before asking, no it is not actually hacked and it is my original account.
I've tried providing steam with information, but they continue to ignore my tickets after the first response.
You may try to fix it, as I will provide you with the CD Keys I have along with the last 4-digits of the Credit Card along with any other information needed.
I'm looking for $100-$150, but since this is not in person, I'd prefer it if you were to buy Nexon Cash with that money and give me the codes for the account.
