    Which violation you are reporting the user for: attempting to trade while DNT
    Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: I posted in the Sythe observe discord that I was showcasing 07. Delirius contacted me asking me for my rates. At the time I was not aware of the DNT status. User responded very slow and I instead went with someone else. A couple hours later I was reading the scam report section and found out Delirius has the DNT rank. Asked advice with a couple mods
