WTT Steam Acc

Hello. I recently got banned on Garry's Mod (Not VAC, something called 'Global ban', which is a ban by Garry himself. LINK of proof will be at the bottom of the page.)

and I really LOVE Garry's Mod. But to play Garry's Mod, you need C:SS + Garry's mod, which is 25 bucks.. and I hate BO2 and Torchlight 2 is okay.

Now I want to trade my account for an account with C:SS + Garry's Mod, non banned.

My steam account has the following games:

Torchlight 2
Counter Strike Source
Garry's Mod (Only singleplayer works, global ban, not vac)
Black Ops 2 (Multiplayer, Zombies, Singleplayer all work perfectly, 0.8 kd and low level)
Dota 2 (when it costed cash)

Idk how this trading business works, do we have a middle man? Or is it 100% trust? If it is trust, then if you have like a lot of reputation and posts, then I will give acc first.
