I just finished doing 2 trades, one with boglagold (which went smooth and easy)

who has sent my payment to paypal, but under some method where i cannot receive any money unless i provide shipping details and proof of sent goods (in the condition it says it has to be physical).

i am sitting here in chat trying to figure out how to get this solved and am getting very slow and nearly any replies,

and just them telling me it's my problem and that i have to contact paypal, rather then them send the cash properly. i will post logs:
