    I closed the DM and he blocked me. PayPal didn't even hear my side or evidence. It's all good though I removed the money from PayPal because I knew it was suspicious, so I lost nothing but my PayPal is negative and I can't use it anymore. I was just posting his email to make it known if you receive money from this person not to give them anything.
