ro1dz £59 07gp trade scam

I wanted to purchase 125m 07 from ro1dz via 2 trades through uk bank transfer. He gave everything the go ahead and did not refuse the right to sell me the gold as he is entitled to. I sent the payment and have not received any communication nor my gp. His thread filing a ban against me is a complete lie as payment has been made for an item which has not been received by me. he states that he is keeping the money to refund axelus for a scam I took place in over 2 years ago, which he has absolutely no involvement in. he has decided to take matters into his own hand and thinks that he can collect a debt from me, however the payment I made was strictly for 07gp which he is selling and that alone. he does not have the right to scam me for my own money to 'pay off' or 'refund' a debt that is beyond his jurisdiction. I would like a global/OM to oversee this and I would like my payment refunded or the gold given to me, or otherwise ro1dz permanently banned for blatently scamming me.
