I have been a TriBot VIP for a week now. The first day with TriBot I fell in love due to the ease of use, solid community, and quality of the bots I had used. However, after day 3 of my membership rolled around, problems began. From that point it seems there are serious client/ website issues. Being the same cloudflare error I see every time I refresh the page (which is quite frequent because I am paying for this product after all, I want to be able to use it). On log-in i receive the error stating "Client-side error. Could not perform login. (NULL RESULT)" and then I attempt to troubleshooting by checking the TriBot.org forums, but much to my dismay, the site is down as well. Did I miss a memo somewhere? I check the sythe forums frequently for others experiencing problems with TriBot, it seems like no one else is having issues. But as much as I love the bot when its running, i've had a miserable experience and was hoping there was a remedy to the situation!

 

My suggestion is just to wait until the site is up and ask there. Have you tried clearing your Java and internet caches? Just a general good computer sweep.

Everyone is having the same issues you have. Only people that don't are the people that already have the oldschool client open. Once the forums are back online you have to load the old school client and LEAVE it open as long as you want to bot. Once you close it and if the forums continue to get DDOS'd you will not be able to open the bot up due to the login verification and the forums (witch are down 99% of the time) won't let you log in giving you the "Cleint-side error...."
This is Tribots problem and not yours all you have to do it wait for the forums to come back online and open the botclient and log in, but I have been trying to open my bots for the past 5 days and I haven't been able to bot since the forums have been continuously put offline.

I didn't mean to state it as a such a tragedy, but I actually was totally unaware of the reimbursement!
