Toucher is a Scammer

Briefly explain the trade: He was selling account upgrades for 6m rsgp, not going first. 6m not being much, I went first and he scammed me.

How they scammed: Upon receiving my payment, he logged offline.

The original thread in which he was selling upgrades has now been deleted. However, if you do a search for his msn address, [email protected], you will find several topics started by him, as well as reported posts including this address.
