This report is more to document the story, suspicious activity, and outstanding actions/risks in case this is not completed or if there are future issues. I want to make it clear that I want to trust First Seller, and I don't really think there is any malicious intent or wrongdoing. My goal is just training completion and not a DNT, TWC, or refund. Please see below

I have purchased OSRS skilling for a pretty fresh (~10 combat, ~20 firemaking, woodcutting, all else ~1) for 70 atk/str/def/hp and 60 all other skills. The promised delivery time was 40 days. 40 days from June 28 would be August 7. After the below, the date is now forecasted for August 14.

Issues:
1. Account Details / Password

• Sent original details. They complained the password was too long, so I changed it (2nd submission)
  
• On 6/30/2019, was informed password was not working. Re-sent the same info (3rd submission, same info as 2nd submission)
  
• On 7/19/2019, was informed that he was "hacked" (not the account, the seller's computer) and lost my login info. Note that login info was sent to disposable emails, and not stored online. I was informed he had lost his computer data. Changed password as instructed and sent new details. Confirmed that they worked. (4th submission)

2. GP Required

• Informed that there was a lack of gp for training. Informed that 20m was required. I acknowledged this was true and purchased 20m from the seller using PayPal. Asked if "everything good and ready" - was told "yeah"
• On 07/19/2019 - I was asked for an additional 20m, then that changed to 30m. I don't really see an issue with this and am willing to purchase the extra gold, but overall it is not really a good practice. Should be upfront the first time.

3. Communication, Security

Strong lack of communication

• Did not inform that details did not work right away at the beginning
• Discord change was emailed to my PayPal payment email that his discord has changed and access to the previous discord was lost (offline on previous discord permanently).
  
• 07/10/2019 - was told that they were taking a break and training would continue the next day. No training was done until I was informed details were lost on 07/19/2019 (today in the screenshots, 1 week time lost)
• Forgot how much gp I had paid for
  
• In general, replies are sparse and it is very hard to get a hold of this seller.

Security

• Seller's discord and UID changed suddenly. Access to the original discord was "lost"
  
• First UID has been removed from the account profile and on posts by this user - I have attached a UID proof from a previously resolved scam report in the screenshots
  
• Asking for shorter passwords, and multiple submission of passwords (4 submissions) is very suspicious and can be used in account recovery later
  
• On 7/19/2019, was informed that he was "hacked" (not the account, the seller's computer via worm or keylogger) and lost my login info. Note that login information was sent to disposable emails, and not stored online. They were probably stored locally on the computer.
