My account has 32 days of negative credit, and the cash is on that account, thus the higher price due to trust issues.

Its Pay By Cash, not credit card.

I will not have access to the cash until after I unlock it, why the hell do you think I'd pay 1M over the price. Read the thread.

Pay by cash is like pay by mail i'm assuming.

 

There is a method called Pay By Cash. Paypal/Egold payments are called Pay By Cash payments.

That's why we have a little something called 'vouches'

 

If your infraction is by Pay By Cash you have to un lock your account that way. You can't unlock that account with a pin. So don't do it until he shows you the money people!
