NOTICE: Emmylou Harris is a scammer! BEWARE

I was buying some pins from him. He told me the Paypal address, I sent part of the payment and he was to give me the pins I was buying. Then I would send the rest of the payments. Before receiving any of the pins, he told me he had 'sent' them in MSN but he logged off (blocked me) and is now in complete denial around the forums that he did anything.

Multiple other users have said he scammed them and it's about time this scammer gets kicked off the forums. Would a mod please check his IP upon his banning? I don't want anyone else to get scammed by this guy.
