Customers are not paying $1,400 debt after deadline for OSRS accounts

Amount scammed:
1: $200/$600 paid for account, deadline for another $200 was Dec 16th.
2: $542/$1550 paid for account, deadline for another $500 was Oct 31th
Explanation of the trade: Normally I would change OSRS account password for cases like this, but I recently got TWC for that, and mod advised me to create scam report for future cases like this.

Overall this is pretty common issue for me, so if possible would like to reach some sort of agreement with mods what to do in the future with customers like these, so I won't need to report each time here.

i'd suggest in always at the very least contacting a mod, and or even posting a thread. I know your TOS states that you can take it back which is totally cool. But some stuff does happen irl, and if the person does show back up from the dead it's only right to attempt to work things out. Though for these two cases, @Yoshiki has found that they are both scammers/evaders. Accounts are yours to take back, though if you could at a minimum take a gif of each log in to show bank value please and ty
