Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

Check his ip for me. The user most likely used a proxy to make the account, and then began posting with his normal ip address, which later linked to a lot of other accounts that have direct ties with each other (mainly involved ivok).

Nvm, he's definitely vading those accounts.
