What do i do about this?

This may be the wrong section, sorry.

Anyways, I have an account that I for got about. Tried to log in and couldn't todaY. There are no messages for me and no blackmarks. It does say this though.

"Your account is currently in negative credit as a result of billing problems and will not be allowed to access the game. Please see your message centre for details."

What can I do?

 

I don't know what you can do but as for why...you probably haven't paid your membership bills so it's in negative credit.

 

Use a ultimate game card for your account and it should be good.
