Locked account on Fake email username

Dont know if this is the right section or what, just hoping i could get some help/ideas.

So I brought an account 2 weeks ago and woke up this morning too find it locked. Jagex's process of giving your locked account back is too send a reset link too the accounts email login.. Obviously this is a problem for me because the email is fake, and it is registered with my email but for some reason that doesnt mean crap. I was hoping what steps i could go about unlocking this account? All I have for information too help unlock this account is the country of origin it was created from (lol). I have tried getting in contact with the account seller, but I highly doubt he'd want too give me private details for this recovery.

Appreciate your time if you bother reading it all xD ; i already have a hunch that this account is lost haha

If he sold you the account wouldn't he just unlock it for you without any hassle?

Otherwise without the ip, creation date etc..

What OP is saying is that the creator of the account does not have access to the creation email, either. The creation email is a fake email. I’m not sure that you’ll be able to get the account unlocked, quite frankly. :/ definitely worth asking the OO to send in a recovery attempt, though. Good luck man.

 

Yeah jagex got in touch and even tho the current and old passwords are correct they would like too see a more accurate account creation as well as an ISP(surely old passwords take precedent over that crap lol) I’m just being a crybaby wanting my account back haha, the guy I brought it off of is gonna have a crack at unlocking it later in the week so fingers cross. Otherwise bye bye account

No luck so far unlocking it, even with the OO. Not looking good
