Dispute between me and babajenga

I clearly stated that I wasn't the original owner nor responsible for any recoveries, the original owner has been banned already, I'm willing to come to a deal but I do not know if I'm responsible for this? Hence this thread.
Willing to do a partial refund.

It's your responsibility to either refund him in full or get in touch with the owner and sort it out. You can't sell something and take no responsibility for it.
