Ban Evading

I was banned a while back, for apparently scamming an account. I did refund the person who was scammed, but i forget his name, something with "mitch" in it. I posted my proof of refund and my account was unbanned (or so i had assumed). I kept on making new accounts and they all kept on getting banned for ban evasion, i wasnt sure why since i posted proof of refund for my old account "Qwubzy". It wasnt until now that i guess the proof wasnt read or i wasnt unbanned for some reason. I have a picture proof of the refund http://gyazo.com/21cf95051a514152779fb0455957406a and im just wondering if there is any possible chance to just be unbanned once and for all? I have a good rep on all of my accounts that i have made in the past. So if you can find it my old refund post and review it, due to only having this small snip-it of it. Id be more than happy to cooperate with any staff member in hopes on getting my account unbanned. I just really want to sell my main account and hopefully get bigger on sythe.
