Reguarding counter scam placed on me by bus369

So last night bus369 counter scammed me 43.75m 07

I'm completely fine with it.

But. He's made a thread claiming i charged him back for more than he counter scammed me for and he claims he won it on skype http://prntscr.com/9ltpwe

He claims he got 30m total to refund my victims with.

He counter scammed me for 43.75m so he's allowed to keep that 13.75m to himself?

I'm not even bothered about being counter scammed but i don't want someone who has counterscammed me to keep money which isn't ment to be his.

get him to show you the chat logs with me and bus369 that night and you'll see the deal was 2500m rspspk for 175k/10m = 43.75m 07

In this post he says, "Unfournately since his gp was dropped off this money wont be able to go to his victims, but I hope it makes you guys feel warm and fuzzy ."

The way i see this is he took the guys money, and is now claiming that he can't refund the victims, BUT the victims can take comfort in the fact that he counter-scammed him. Unless Bus refunds the victims of this scammer with all of the money he received, are his actions not considered scamming in itself?

Chris Kane winning or losing paypal disputes for already-delivered gold has 0 bearing on this case. These are 2 entirely separate matters and nowhere did bus say he was not going to repay people with the funds from the counter scam

Now onto where he said he won't be refunding me my money

This is a update thread claiming because I apparently charged him back (which i didnt) He'll not be refunding the remainder of the gp which he hasnt yet refunded (which is 8m out of the 30m but that 30m is ment to be 43.75m so he still owes another 21.75m worth of refunds)

The proof he has shown of actually refunding people has NO PROOF whatsoever who he was giving the money to and proof of there confirmation of receiving it this should be shown aswell.

the main problem I've got here is bus369 taking 43.75m worth of rspspk off me (which was what he was ment to give me for the rspspk) and claiming he only got 30m worth thats why i want him to show the zoopin livechat logs

 

It doesnt matter if he offered you $50 or $500 for your gold, he overoffered so you'd be sure to sell to him and he in turn sold your gold for 30m 07 so that is what will be repaid.
