This is a dispute against Kidjohnz

Hello this person "kidjohnz" said he was available to work on a new avatar buff from previous work I had made over 2 years ago. I sent him $20 for work on my avatar which was changing the color of the snapback, hair colors which is overpriced as it is if we base it off he's pricing page. I sent him a payment of $20 after sending him the money I sent a follow up message to see how he was getting on. And he told me that it may take 1-3 this should only be a 5-15 min job as it was a simple buff but he's making it difficult and I don't know what to do. I also want to add I've had work done from this guy in the past I paid $45 for a thread layout on the 26th november 2017 and didn't get the final piece till the 17th january 2018 (6 weeks). He never mentioned that orders can take up to this long otherwise I would have never ordered. I no longer want the avatar.

First of all, let me start off with this, it's funny how you conveniently screenshot/screencut the conversation leaving out my part or the timestamps. Please note that we are in different time zones and I've clearly notified him on this.

Let me clear up the bullshit he's trying to spew with the 6 week thread design deal.

So on December 27th, you messaged me to order the thread:

Product was pretty much finished on Dec. 28th and sent him a screenshot of it so he can confirm if its good so I can save it and send it over, he ignored me until Dec 2. WHICH DELAYED THE WHOLE PROCESS.

Bro, you're lucky I even edited your thread design after a month of delivering your final product free of charge. The final product was started on Nov. 28th and delivered on Dec 3. How is that 6 weeks? On Jan 2nd, you ask for edits. lol And now you're saying you got it after 6 weeks? I don't know what kind of lean you've been drinking over at UK bro, but you're even more hysterical than trump.

Any and I mean any MOD/ADMIN can add me on Skype and ask me to screenshare this convo to confirm.

 

Let's address the issue we have on hand right now; so this guy "Mentarley", messaged me about getting an updated version of his avatar. A TLDR of it is that I said it'd be a $25-$40 for
one drawn from scratch, he declined the offer and wanted me to just decapitate his avatar and draw over it. He said he will be willing to pay $20 for that. I don't get how you think this would be a 5-15min job, clearly you don't understand the concept of design/illustration. I'd have to sketch, ink, and color it. No way would that take 15 minutes.

I also have other clients and a life to deal with which is why I clearly state on my ToS orders will take 1-3 days max unless stated otherwise. You've always rushed your GFX orders on me, without even paying a dime for any priority costs.

In the picture I clearly state that I'll work on it tonight not finish it tonight. ToS states that orders can take up to 1-3 days, and by ordering you agree to such ToS.

 

@Mentarley You did agree to the TOS when you made the order.

@JayiARTS Can you please just work with this user, and deliver the GFX, and post back once done.

I sent you that on Dec 3rd, you could've messaged me right there and then and have me corrected it. I've provided screenshots of you not messaging me until Jan 2th. Why would you wait until almost a month has passed and then request for edits? That's on you man.

I sent you a .png file, it's a picture, I have no idea what type of "working piece" you're talking about. All you gotta do is drag and drop the file onto imgur but you had to make me do it for you rofl. Not my fault you don't know how to drag a file to imgur and use basic forum formatting tools to get it to work.

@Mentarley Honestly if you spoke to myself like that, I would send your graphics & be done with you. Graphic designers are extremely busy, you can't keep requesting edits 24.7.

Please let me know when you guys conclude this up, and for @Mentarley please have a little more respect to the designer, he doesn't have to keep making constant changes for you.

 

I'll bare that in mind this has been brewing as it's not the first time he's provided bad service. I have received what I've paid for now so I no longer wish to pursue this dispute.
