Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

• Posted his Skype handle as "tbenny2009", direct google search leads to a banned account with similar handle (Here & Here)
• Alias is relatively similar. Benny, Ben, etc
• Both accounts have history of buying OSGP for the same price ($1/1M)

If this is a huge coincidence I'll hang myself but pretty sure this is the same guy lol
