    Guy asked to buy 50m for $1.2/m yet he's selling 400m for $0.95-$1/m at the same time.

    When questioned, his explained that he thought 50m was "bulk" and would get him a bulk price.

    Then he said he was buying it for his "brother" and he didnt want to sell to his brother because of the same ip.

    I think he should be given a TWC unless you think he made sense and was not suspicious.
