I purchased a Maxed Zerker from accountwarehouse on March 19th. The account ended up being recovered and I contacted Accountwarehouse from an email that I didn't use to purchase the account. They asked me to provide them with the email I used to purchase the account. I went and searched for 5 minutes across my various emails and couldn't find the original email they sent me of my account information. I then sent them all my emails and told them it was one of them I had to of used to purchase the account. They responded that I am obviously not the account owner. Not knowing what to do I did a more thorough search ofmy emails to find the original purchase email. I emailed them from the email that I used to purchase the account. I have opened multiple support tickets and have not been responded to for over a week.

This isn't the first time account warehouse has gone unresponsive on me. I purchased a max main from them over a year ago and it was recovered after purchasing it twice. The first time they were able to disable the pin because I didn't get the account back quick enough and take my entire bank; the second time I was able to get back on the account after it was recovered quick enough. I told them this is the second time it had happened to that account and I lost gold. They asked if I could provide screenshot proof of the gold on the account; then they just stopped responding to me. I know account sellers only have to be able to recover and are not held responsible for any amount of lost gold but this just shows a a worrying pattern of support abandoning you. I can provide screenshots of those conversation chain even though it has nothing to do with my current account recovered issue.

 

Also, I never changed the original email they sent me because it voids the contract on their site.

I can send a video to any mod of the original date of contact with them responding to me then stopping after I provide them the correct email. I only didn't because it contains a lot of sensitive information. I don't think account warehouse is scamming but on their website they are suppose to not take longer then 20 minutes to respond and they are completely ignoring me.

 

In the Imgur Picture I sent was when I first contacted account warehouse. I can show a mod In the email chain I provided the email that the account was purchased with later in the chain verifying; to just be ignored.

 

This is probably the most damning that they are ghosting.

Still haven't been contacted back via sythe pm or response to multiple emails and support tickets.

 

Please PM me your email used to purchase the account so I can look up your support ticket.

The original owner helped us get the account back for the customer and it was returned to them.
