wow this was a long thread, is the dude in jail yet?

 

No way he can be in jail because runescape trading and stuff is already illegal so if you call the cops saying he scammed you in a trade, you also will go to jail.

Actually if you look up in there local paper or in some of the JAGEX LTD.
Terms and conditions and read them carefully it states that THE PURCHASE
of anything runescape related weather it be accounts or goods is forbidden
and they ARE able to prosecute for it. However the selling of items is looked
down upon there is nothing they can do about that.

Reason I bring up their local paper is because They have made several prosecutions already and things like that.

And he is telling the truth about the whole no jail/prison time deal, its actually 27,000$
If there was mail fraud or some kind of money transferring scam going on and it was OVER that ammount
he'd be looking at about 5-7 years in federal prison, but It was way under that from looking at his history.
He just had to pay it back from his claim and he was already confronted by police.

But I believe this thread is for posting Details for this guy, and by the looks
of it he's made it clear he's made ammends so whats the point?

well my bro got his acount scammed on xbox live and he had saved his credit card details..
last month he got a bill through over over £10,000 worth of microsoft points and he was gutted... but we got the guy locked up he is now facing 8 months for fraud..

Shit happens, don't flame him because he stole your money. If you really were upset you should have taken legal actions.

I read most of the thread, and he tried to refund a couple of people. I'm sure Trent isn't dumb enough to keep the money even when the cops are after him.

If I was him, I would've just apologized, refunded everyone's money, and try to build my reputation back up. Which he is trying probably.

 

guide, sorry to say but this bastard tried to scam me less than a month ago, for my xbox 360. I had it shipped and everything, luckily i got the shipping reversed, still ended up losing like 70 dollars for shipping.

"Logan" is not me, it is a Guy named Tyler DeMarcus that was associated with me in the past, feel free to flame him all you want, he is a jack ass...

Second, as I have stated I do not associate my self with runescape any more. And If I do, ALL of my trades will be legit, I am NOT dumb enough to go
down the same path twice.

Third
As guide stated "Shit Happens" NO! that is a justification. What I did was wrong BUT I have made amends to those that I have scammed for IRL CASH. They were all payed back and I have confirmation from all of them.

So I would appreciate that if your going to post here and it doesn't relate to the thread, that you have all the facts first and don't go off posting like some crazy 11 year old.. Thank you.
