SytheIRC 'Suspension'

As some of you may know, a bit of recent drama has led to the IRC being suspended. Now, as far as my understanding, the reason why is because Sythe demanded that x9 ban a few people that had been causing trouble for the forums from x9's IRC network. x9 told Sythe that they'd done nothing wrong on his server, and had been warned that if they did they'd be banned, continuing on to ask who exactly he'd be banning. Sythe named a few users, then stopped, and told x9 to figure it out himself. A bit more drama here, and little more bitching there, and then Sythe shut down the IRC.

And now x9's banned.

Did i miss something, or would you all agree that's a little unfair.
