Tkmstr1009 Infracted Unjustly

Okay,

DarkSpark infracted me for making a scam report on wagwannadon for an attempted scam, i had pics and proof that he was attempting to scam. 4 days later, DarkSpark gives me an infraction for spamming, but is helping out the community by warning buyers of a possible scam really worth an infraction? Also, i don't understand why i deserve an infraction for a thread i posted 4 days ago. Cmon, does he really scour the forums looking for archived posts and then infracts people for them? I think that this infraction was unnecessary and i think it should be reversed.
