No difference in time unless the BTC amount are greatly different. 1.28475BTC compared to trading 89.00BTC.

 

There is 1 confirmation per block solved if the miner decides to include the transaction in the block. Some miners don't allow transactions without fees to be confirmed. But the majority do, so if it does take longer it's because of bad luck having a miner solve a block with your transaction and how it didn't include a transaction fee.

 

The bigger the miner fee you include the greater the incentive for a miner to include your transaction in the block they are solving.

 

you have to include some decent minor fee to keep this coin going strong >.> its not too healthy
