Well i hate the name legendx tbh is it illegal for me to make a new account with this one on my ip?

We generally don't do name changes, and you're not allowed to have multiple accounts. However, if it really bothers you, try messaging an administrator with a good reason as to why it should be changed.

But i saw in a thread once pen posted.

its not illegal to have more than one account as long as neither accounts have vouched for each other. or have been banned.

If you're just making a new account because of a username, don't.
