How they scammed: I went to the live chat and a person called ryan answered, asked me hes buys 07 gp at $0.99/M. He asked me to come to world 330 ge east. Told me to trade rsn: smelly egg. After i traded the gold the live chat shut and i could not reopen it even after reloading screen.

How can it be proved? : please ask the user to show chat logs

Im a well respected user with lots of friends, kindly help me out here.

Never had a conversation with him, and theres more than 1 agent on the livechat. I didn't scam anyone And I don't believe my workers did either.

you can see here live chat can't be see as it is normally who goes to their site. It's closed and can't be opened by clicking "contact us"

@Nectar Can you explain why he is blocked from your live chat? He never had a "conversation" with you, so why would he be blocked?

 

No clue why lol, maybe cause we're using the free trial of zopim, I didn't scam anyone and neither did my livechat agents.

 

Why have a been DNT'ed over a picture of no livechat? Thats so easy to photoshop lmao and I can show my banned user chart Wheres the picture of me scamming? Wheres our conversation?

He would not be randomly "blocked" from your live chat, if in fact you are telling the truth. A free trial of "Zopim" would not randomly block someone.

You still have yet to answer, why is he blocked from your live chat? If he has never been there, he should not be blocked and if he is, you should have some evidence on why he is blocked.

 

I have the right to ban anyone from my site? Its my site right. Maybe hes a old troll that I banned from a long time ago? If someone gives me shit on the livechat

You do have the right to ban anyone from your "Website". But, I am asking you, since you claimed he had never been to your "website" Why is he banned? Also, you should have some sort of proof backing his statement. Also send us proof of your "Banned" user chart.

disregard previous statement. I make a doze sales over many websites everyday, have a cordial relationship with each website, their owners and live chat agents. I can have multiple well respected people here vouch for me with the dealings ive done with them. I just don't want anyone else to be scammed like i've been.
