tips to a CS:GO noob?:D

i started playing this week. Im a noob Any tips you guys can give me?

 

I just came back yesterday after a year long break. I could be alot better as im pretty trash but then again i could be 100x worse.

My advice would be messing around and get a custom cross hair you are really feel comfortable with. and just go offline with bots and keep practicing trying to 1 tap head shots efficiently and quickly over and over to improve reaction and aim. I also like to have my mouse sensativity on 2.3-2.5 in-game settings. Which may or may not help you.

For practice and warm up, I like Hiko's method. Go to the video's page and open the description section and then watch the video. It will tell you how to basically have 10 harmless bots, that don't shoot, running around. Practice your aim and spray on moving targets.

 

I never knew about that custom CH site, I'm tweaking mine a little further into what I would prefer (Just a small dot) I know everyones eyes will focus different colors better but what would people suggest for just a small dot color to pick up well at all distances

Always aim at upper body - head level even when you see no enemies, don't look down!

 

This yes. New players often leave their crosshairs on the floor and only move it when they see someone. No one's going to be coming out from the floor.
