Tips in Selling a Pmod Account

Hi guys - I'm new to Sythe and I love the community out here

I'm thinking of selling my Pmod account since I gotta grow up with life and take care of my baby.

I wonder if anyone could show me the way in selling the account = I know people are very cautious and reluctant in buying a PMOD account like this which is subject to Jagex scrutiny - I know I know ,

I already told Jagex that I'm going on vacation somewhere and have not logged back into the game for quite sometime now. This is to create an impression that when the IP changes then its pretty understandable and wont look fishy on Jagex end.

Any sort of advice on what needs to be done to attract buyers
I'm willing to do anything - Please I dont have time for scams and all those crap.

Any Sythe expert here who could help me in the right direction will be very much appreciated. Just to let you know that I already created a thread off the Account Selling forum.

The chances of your account not being suspended are very slim, back story or not. Especially seeing as you've broadcasted the fact online and there are many high-level snitches browsing these forums that most likely have a Jmod on the case now.

Theres not much more you can do to attract buyers; just don't rush the sale and use a middleman at all costs.

 

1. Don't give the name out. If you required it to be verified, contact an OMM/Mod/someone you trust.

2. Make sure the deal is sealed in prior to giving details of the account (mainly name).

3. It's highly likely Jagex will demote/ban the account if the IP changes prove to be shown that you are not on vacation.

Just use an OMM when trading, and you should be good. It might be a good idea to state that the account would be risky to purchase and that if so, you aren't liable for it getting demoted.

Jagex will very likely de-mod the account. It's an automatic process as soon as they detect the big IP change.

 

Long shot I suppose, but could you possibly try and find someone to buy it that lives remotely close to where you do? Also since this is such a rare account USE AN OFFICIAL MIDDLEMAN, Request a PM on sythe if you're talking via skype. Don't get scammed by an imposter.

 

Demodding is not an automatic process..

 

The IP change alert appears on their systems pretty damn quick.

Removal of the ability to mute is definitely automated. A friend of mine went on a day trip to Ireland from the U.K., logged in, and had his mute stick removed until it could be reviewed manually. It was cleared up but there are definitely automated red flags

Anyway, radz: I'm convinced it can't be done, for too long anyway. Your buyer might get a few weeks out of it at most. Less if they start throwing out mutes that get negative feedback. IP addresses aren't the only thing Jagex keeps about you, so telling them you're moving doesn't keep you out of the spotlight. Hardware IDs are kept and those would change. The account thumbprint would change completely.

Well, use OMM if you want to sell it, don't give out the name.
And i also think that De-Modding is not automated
