I don't really know what I am suppost to put so Ill just put a bunch of stuff and ya'll can go through it untill you find something you need to ban him from the sythe community.

First let me start out by explaining what happend we had been talking to eachother for a couple days about a runescape account that he would like to sell me. I said once I get the money I will buy it. Today I got the money so I waited for him to log onto msn so I could buy it from him. He logged on I tolded him I had the money and he said ok send 15.00 usd to the paypal email : [email protected] . So I sent 15.00 to that paypal email as a gift. For about 5 mins he argued with me that I did not send it as a gift yet I sent him screen shots that proved that I did send it as a gift as he requested. So he gave me a refund and told me to send the 15.00 again and make sure it is a gift. So I got the refund and then sent him the 15.00 usd again being very careful to make sure I clicked gift. He then went on for 10 mins complaining that he did not recieve the payment yet my paypal account and Bank account were debited the 15.00 two times. Please will someone do something about this.
