Imperfekt is a Scammer! (Super Detailed)

I have been hiring Legaue of Legends boosters for a while. Imperfekt applied and I accepted him. In a few days, he created another Skype account in order to appear more "Sythe Professional" (Oh the irony). The did the first job I provided, but the scam starts here: Afterwards, I provided him with a Silver 5 - Gold 5 order and paid him by buying Runescape Gold or some sort of game currency (Can be shown in skype chat), but he didn't finish the job and ignored me.
