Time to ban scammers!

Can a mod or something look at this, I am pretty sure there is enough proof to get this kid banned, and he is steadily spamming getting his post count up. Soon enough, he will have quite a few posts and will most likely scam many more.

Yea, it's in the archives, but that's because I guess the mod who was supposed to ban him, decided not to.
