Time help

Actually just noticed my time on the forums was 1 hour early and it's sort of annoying. So I went to fix it, put eastern time bogota lima etc. etc. and now everything is around 2:25PM atm? 4 hours early? I hope I know my correct time zone, as I've only been living there for 15 years.

Yep. It's a known problem around here, and nobody has gotten around to fixing it yet. With that said, if you toy around with the time setting options you can get it around 15mins off the actual time. It's not 100% precise, but it's better then nothing.
