I believe that if this passes, the internet is pretty much dead. Hell, even I'd be a felon for some things I've uploaded to YouTube in the past under "Fair Use".

What do you think about it?

 

Bills like these won't ever be passed, I really don't understand what people are making such a big fuss about them for. The idea of making penalties this harsh, with the already current over crowding of jails, is ridiculous.

No reason to really discuss this imo.

 

I wouldn't be surprised to see something like Protect IP, the E-Parasite Act, or others to be passed with the way ACTA is coming along and Obama bending over for copyright holders.
