I mentioned it when that brought it up in Hutchi's Thread. And my bro Constantly uses RSCITY other than here. He only used here to sell the mills because it has a huge black market. he wouldnt of sold anything else. he had nothing else to sell.

You can check his activity on rscity, hes a user educator. He ONLY came here for that 1 sale. So he would of gained nothing?
