"Alerts" recovery

Hi all,
A few months ago i tried to recover my account "Alerts" and have just stumbled across old e-mails that went to my junk so i wasn't notified about it being accepted, recently just tried to reset my password with the links provided that where sent to a**********@h*****.com was unable to set a new password as it failed the request and re-directed me back to the dispute forum.

If someone could please assist me further and unban my account so i can log-in i will be notified through the e-mail i requested last time and have ensured it won't go to my spam mail.

Have you been hacked or banned due to suspicion of being hacked? Please provide us with as much of the following information to assist in the return of your account.

1. Post from your normal, home IP address.
2. Supply us with the current email connected to your account.
3. If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that. (This is something you would have set when you created your account.)
4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected.

NOTE: If the email connected to your account includes your name, feel free to expedite the recovery with a blurred version of your ID showing your name. The same goes for if your account has your birthday/year. (We can cross-match this information to make your recovery quicker.)

Unsure of some of the info? Posting from home may be enough, but if it isn't, we can possibly give hints based off of IP.

Just in regards to the last post my IP address hasn't changed in the past 7-8 years so might still be the same as I registered on the forums.

I have left the above ip address as well as my e-mail that is registered to the account I have just requested another password change and the linkage on that account would be my first name [redacted] if there is anything else I need to do would love to speak on Discord as don't feel safe posting my confidential information in a thread for others to see.

Please kindly provide proof that is your name in the form of an ID. All confidential information will be hidden from the public.

Hello just in regards to my account "Alerts"
posting a confidential photo myself, this is all i feel confident with sharing is a valid photo of myself along with information on the D/L which will be evident enough that i am the original owner and believe the blacked out information does not need to be used.

Still having problems logging in I have the password now but it still says the account is banned? I don't understand as I already had access to it. How come I've tried everything for the past 2 weeks and still in the same position is there something I'm missing out on.
